CHIMES (www.chimes.psu.edu) annual review was held Aug 6-7, 2024, attended by ~150 participants. The center output since its start in Jan. 2023 includes Invited/Keynote talks: 143; Awards: 34; Publications: 109; Software release: 5; Sponsor interactions: 646; DoD Contractor interactions: 79; Student Internships: 9; Employed graduates: 24. Now that is impact, I say! Our objective is a simple one: redefine Heterogeneous Integration and Advanced Packaging to enable the continuation of Moore’s law through chiplets!
